DMCA Policy

Maischberger Vorschau ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). This policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

We will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and made accessible on Maischberger Vorschau in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notice to our designated Copyright Agent. For your notice to be valid under the DMCA, it must include substantially the following:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including a URL or other specific location on Maischberger Vorschau where the material is located.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. For your counter-notification to be valid under the DMCA, it must include substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Maischberger Vorschau may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
